Nigloland will open a new family roller coaster in 2020. Noisette Express (Hazelnut Express) is an investment of €3 million.

The new ride was designed by the French theme park and custom-built to create an exciting ride that can still be enjoyed by younger visitors.

German manufacturer Art Engineering built the ride and Dutch company P&P Projects has created the scenery.

Noisette Express features 220 metres (722 feet) of track, surrounded by 200 trees and shrubs. Each train will complete 2 laps of the course.

The new ride will have a height requirement of just 90 cm making it suitable for younger children. It replaces the former 'Big Apple' roller coaster Chenille that operated at the park from 1997 to 2019.

The story:

Niglo and Niglotte have got a new friend: a kooky, clever and crafty squirrel who is always ahead of the game!

He’s the brains behind this new way to get around the forest. It’s called: the Noisette Express.

This new roller coaster will take the whole family on a nutty adventure.
