Disneyland Paris has announced the return of the popular Disney Halloween Festival, running from 26 September to 1 November 2026.
Europe's leading tourist destination will once again combine seasonal chills with classic Disney magic for families and visitors of all ages.
What's New for the 2026 Season
This year's festival introduces several notable additions across the resort:
- Victorian-Style Costumes: Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse welcome guests as a mystical count and a little witch, accompanied by Donald Duck as an adorable vampire and Daisy as a charming bat lady. Each character wears a matching bat brooch adorned with a diamond.
- Main Street, U.S.A. Decor: The station features four new Art Deco stained-glass windows depicting Maleficent and Ursula. Town Square showcases pumpkin carvings inspired by Mickey and Minnie alongside Donald Duck and Goofy candles, while new banners display Disney Villains in shadow-puppet style. The route culminates at the Royal Castle Stage with thorn-overrun castle gates and ravens.
- The Unlucky Nugget Saloon: Frontierland's venue transforms into a location inspired by Phantom Manor, extending upstairs this year with new decor and artwork based on the attraction's iconic portraits alongside a reimagined menu.
Highlights of the Festival
Guests can enjoy a range of returning favourites and seasonal offerings:
- Mickey’s Halloween Celebration: The seasonal cavalcade returns to Disneyland Park with autumn-coloured floats.
- Character Encounters: Opportunities to meet Disney Villains and favourite characters in their new seasonal attire.
- October 31 Special Program: A late-night event running until 11:00 p.m. featuring exclusive character encounters, a unique fireworks show, treat distribution courtesy of M&M’S, and the sole opportunity of the year for visitors of all ages to visit the park in costume.
Practical Planning for Visitors
For travellers planning a trip, the festival entertainment is included in the standard park admission price. Recommended stay lengths range from two days for a balanced first experience to three or more days for families looking for a more flexible holiday. The resort is easily accessible from central Paris via the RER A train to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy in approximately 40 minutes, or through the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle service.
