LaLiga and PortAventura World in Spain have announced a €150 million project to create a new theme park, attraction, restaurant, shop and app.
The project will be structured in three phases. The first, composed of an investment of €10 million, covers the app and a themed restaurant within the resort ready during the 2021/22 football season. The second phase will include a new LaLiga-themed attraction and an investment of €40 million. The final phase will be to create a LaLiga theme park within PortAventura World with an investment of €100 million.

The popular Halloween Horror Festival at Movie Park Germany will cast its dark spell on visitors for 23 days in 2020.
This year, the new horror house The Curse of Chupacabra and new interactive laser walkthrough Secrets of St. Elmo, will lure visitors into new dark worlds.
Spooky music, thick fog and plenty of zombies and monsters will soon lurk in the darkest corners of Movie Park Germany again!

Halloween Nights will return to Toverland in the Netherlands on 14 nights in October and November 2020, including the new haunted house Maison de la Magie.
120 scare actors will take up residence in their five scare zones, two haunted houses, a walkthrough and a maze at this popular event. Also, Toverland will be open until 11pm during Halloween Nights for rides in the dark.

Europe's first Xtreme Spinning Coaster will open at Plopsaland De Panne in 2021.
It will include two launches and five inversions during 920 metres of track, and reach a height of 33 metres.
The brand new €15 million roller coaster is from the German manufacturer Mack Rides.

Movie Park Germany is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2021 with a big surprise for its visitors, a brand new Multi Dimension Coaster from Intamin Amusement Rides.
It will be the first double-launch indoor roller coaster in Europe, Germany's first multi-directional roller coaster and also the first indoor roller coaster in Europe to accelerate backwards.
The new family-friendly roller coaster will include a 360-degree rotating platform, numerous sound and special effects, plus multimedia elements.

Movie Park Germany has started to promote a new attraction opening in 2021, with a teaser video depicting a delivery from the ride manufacturer Intamin Amusement Rides.
Promotional banners have also been erected in front of one of the 'sound stage' buildings at the park, previously occupied by Ice Age Adventure and before that Looney Tunes Adventure. Both of these were water dark rides, using a boat ride system supplied by Intamin.

For the first time ever, Europa-Park in Germany will be opening between the Halloween and Winter seasons.
The park says that the new HALLOWinter season will offer the perfect mix of gruesomely spooky times and wonderful winter magic.
Between 9th - 27th November 2020, witches will wear red pointed hats next to lovingly decorated pumpkin figures.
