Familypark in Austria invites visitors to go on a galactic star voyage in 2021 with the debut of their new family thrill ride Stellarium.

The newly developed ride from the Italian manufacturer Zamperla is unique in Austria.

Walibi Rhône-Alpes - another theme park operated by Compagnie des Alpes - was the first in Europe to open this type of ride with the addition of AirBoat last year.

Energylandia has revealed that their next themed area will be called Sweet Valley, and is due to open in 2022.

The new themed area will include a Mine Train roller coaster, from Vekoma, and a selection of smaller family attractions.

Also shown on the new park map are two new hotels and a separate indoor and outdoor water park.

Tayto Park in Ireland has secured planning permission for two new Vekoma roller coasters.

Combining both a suspended coaster and a boomerang coaster, this will be a major expansion to the theme park near Dublin. Construction will take place during 2021 ready for the 2023 opening.

The roller coasters, which represent a total investment of €15 million by the park, will create 40 new jobs in the area.

Puy du Fou is exporting its unique theme park concept to Spain and opening a new 30-hectare world of history and nature.

From March 27, 2021, visitors to the new Puy du Fou España on the outskirts of Toledo, which is less than an hour from Madrid, will be able to relive some of Spain’s best-known legends and greatest moments in history.

The current night-time show, El Sueño de Toledo, has already attracted more than 120,000 spectators over the last two years.

Gröna Lund has announced that their brand new inverted roller coaster will open on April 24, 2021.

Monster is the largest ever investment at the park in Sweden, at a total cost of 450 million Swedish Krona (44 million Euros). It will be 111.5 ft tall, reach a top speed of 55.9 mph and feature three inversions; two Zero-G Rolls and a Corkscrew, plus a Jr. Immelmann.
