Fraispertuis-City, a popular theme park in France, will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2026 with the debut of two major new family attractions: Fireline Redwood, a Vekoma Family Boomerang roller coaster, and a new Zierer family drop tower. 

Together, the two brand-new attractions represent a €7 million investment and will be integrated into the park’s lumberjack-themed area, alongside Timber DropRivière Castor, and Sawmill (new for 2025). Construction has been underway since late September with support from multiple local companies. 

Founded in 1966 by the Fleurent family, Fraispertuis-City remains the oldest French amusement park still operated by its founding family. The 60th anniversary lineup reinforces the park’s commitment to innovation, immersive theming, and the ambition to create memorable family experiences.

A groundbreaking new expansion is on the way to LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort, as Merlin Entertainments and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences have announced the world’s first LEGO Harry Potter land.

The major development will also include the first-ever Harry Potter–themed guest accommodation, marking a landmark moment for both brands and for the resort in Germany.
