Efteling has announced Magicaluna, a brand-new illusion show set to debut at the Efteling Theater in 2026, bringing a surreal, non-verbal spectacle of magic, dreams and imagination to the park’s daily entertainment line-up.
Launching on 3 April, Magicaluna is a twenty-minute family show that blends theatrical illusion, visual storytelling and fantastical creatures in a distinctly Efteling style.
The new live production will play three times daily and be included with park admission.

Europa-Park has officially announced a brand-new family attraction for the start of the 2026 season, with the water park mascot Snorri set to star in his very first cinematic adventure.
Titled Snorri 4D, the new experience will debut at the park’s Magic Cinema 4D, bringing the storyworld of Rulantica to the big screen for the first time.
The announcement was confirmed by Michael Mack, CEO of Europa-Park, who revealed that the project is being developed by MACK Magic, the entertainment division of the Mack family. According to Mack, the film represents an important step in expanding the Rulantica universe beyond the water park itself, allowing guests of all ages to experience its characters and mythology in a new way.

PortAventura World has announced two new family attractions set to open in summer 2026, expanding both Caribe Aquatic Park and PortAventura Park.
Revealed during FITUR 2026, the projects focus on family audiences and immersive outdoor experiences, with one attraction to be unique in Europe.
The new additions are Coral Bay, The Lost Legend, a large-scale expansion of the Caribe Aquatic Park, and Makamanu Jungle, The Adventure Trek, a new exploration trail in the park’s Polynesia area.

Isla Mágica, a popular theme park in Seville, was set to introduce an exciting new attraction for thrill-seekers in 2026 — their first 'Wooden Coaster'.
A representative for the manufacturer, Great Coasters International, has confirmed to us that the ride has been cancelled and is not being built.
The new roller coaster was planned to feature a predominantly wooden structure and be built on the picturesque lake at the heart of the park.
